Neil, was born in Cape Town but spent most of his life in Natal, firstly in Pietermaritzburg where he attended Merchiston Prep and PMB College before his family moved to Durban where he completed his schooling at Durban High School.Despite a lot of adversity he enjoyed much success on the cricket field. Neil spent a number of years playing overseas as well as playing provincial cricket for both Natal and Transvaal. He coached for many years.
Neil has been involved in the sport management industry since 1992, which has given him many years of experience in what is an extremely competitive industry.
He has represented clients from various sporting codes such as rugby, cricket, golf, tennis as well as managing musicians for a short period of time. Since 2000 he has concentrated on managing professional rugby players.
It is because of this experience, as well as knowing the trials and tribulations that go with sport, that has enabled Neil to guide and mentor a number of young sportsmen in reaching their goals and living their dreams.
Neil is very well respected in the sport industry for his integrity and honesty. He sat on the SARU Agents Committee in 2011 which was responsible for formulating the regulations pertaining to rugby agents. He now sits on the board of SA-ARA (South African Association of Rugby Agents) as Chairman.
Neil understands his gifting of exhortation which enables him to carry out his passion and purpose – helping others discover their’s.
