We’re celebrating twenty one winners to date in the current season for VAR’S progeny with names like Contador ,Via Africa and Sabadell, delivering the goods again and again!
We also love other stars in the making like La Volta, Varoma, Vivalda, Cherry Tripper,Vantage and Casual Var who have been doing an excellent job over the last 2 months for our champion sire, bringing him to the top of the current season’s sire’s statistics list.
Although the action out on the tracks are always exciting, VAR is coping admirably with a busy schedule at the farm at the moment with no end in sight to the fantastic race fillies and mares booked to him this season.
“Our own champion racemare River Jetez has been successfully covered and visits by top mares like Sunshine Lover (Dam of champion race mare Ebony Flyer), Viva la Belle (Dam of King of Pain) and Dollar Crisis (Dam of July winner Big City Life) Star Deputy (Dam of War Horse) bodes well for the season ahead,” says Avontuur GM Pippa Mickleburgh.
Other highly rated performers like Gorongosa, Dance with Al, All Afire , Geepee S, My Kazzi and Jet Trail are lining up too and we are hopeful that the season will produce progeny to make us proud!
