Creamy, dreamy and certainly decadent, our white chocolate panacotta is one of those staples you  should have in your entertaining repertoire. Serve it with a fruit coulis or as we have done , a mixed berry and bay leaf compote. You will be so glad  you tried it (and so will your family!)

Nothing says summer, quite like a feather light, melt in the mouth meringue. Serve it with lemon curd and cream or just a huge blob of ice cream and strawberries. It’s a win win for everyone!
