In honour of our inspiring connoisseur Cobie we have decided to offer her favourite red wine on special.
The Baccarat was her “go to” red. Just before the release of the new vintage (2014) we tasted with Cobie to put the tasting note together and in her words, “this wine is superb!” Lovely red plum and light herbal notes with a smooth finish. Enjoy with red meat dishes, roast veggies, cheese boards or your favourite sundown snacks like biltong and nuts.Her experienced and discerning palate always gave us great confidence and guidance so be assured you won’t go wrong with this excellent wine.
