Orator’s Daughter made it three in a row yesterday at the Vaal in the merit rated Racing Express Handicap over 1400 m, after winning by 3 lenghts.
Ridden perfectly by Robbie Fradd and trained by Alec Laird, she was a bit tardy at the jump and settled quietly in the back before coming with a stunning end run to pass the winning post in first place.
This talented daughter of Oratorio, owned by Mr & Mrs Jooste, was imported from Australia originally and definitely has an exciting future in this country. We’ll be watching!
