Oratorio landed at 10h34 today at Cape Town International after a harrowing three day journey which took him from Sydney to Hong Kong, Dubai, Luxembourg, Belgium and then Cape Town!
Avontuur GM Pippa Mickleburgh was there to welcome him and although not allowed to get too close, she says he looked incredibly fresh, professional and surprisingly alert. After chatting to his groom, Ian who accompanied him all the way from Australia she was even more impressed as he apparently took the whole trip in his stride.
He is now going into quarentine for 30 days after which he will arrive at Avontuur.
