With the 2012 Sires lists now out, we were proud to see Oratorio in the prestigious no 3 spot right behind such legends as Oasis Dream and Galileo! With 262 runners and 127 winners over the past year, he earned a total of 2,3 million pounds, all of which bodes incredibly well for this exciting new addition to the South African sire’s pool, expected in the country towards the end of January.
The new year started off well for the stallion when one of his sons, Military Attack won the Gr 3 January Cup Handicap over 1800 m at Happy Valley in Hong Kong yesterday. With prize money of HK$2 400 000 this is a great start to what promises to be an exciting year for him and us!
