The release of a new Luna de Miel Chardonnay Reserve is always an occasion, and the recent arrival of the 2016 vintage, is no different.
As usual the elegantly wooded wine delights again on the nose and the first sip immediately makes you think of pairing it with a soft, creamy curry dish or nicely spiced chicken.
As winemaker Jan van Rooyen said, ” This is one of Avontuur’s iconic wines with a long and illustrious history, named after one of our first brood mares. It’s therefore a privilege to produce this much-loved wine and ensure its future is as fantastic as its past.”
