Tass has been part of the College and Corporate education arena for over 15 years and now runs her own Learning and Development Consultancy.
Finding that change begins when education in the workplace is of relevance and brings about an inner r/ evolution, she believes that real learning takes place when you become conscious about how you affect your colleagues once you have had a learning intervention.
Because the learning environment needs to change from the top down, management needs to step out of the comfort zone of “We know it all” to “Let us learn together and I don’t know it all” this takes emotional intelligence and commitment.
