Harvest 2017 started off in January with the first Chardonnay and Pinot Noir being harvested for our Methode Cap Classique Sparkling wine. The team is currently bringing in Sauvignon Blanc and the cellar is in full swing.
Our tasting room offers visitors the chance to taste some of the ripe grapes, so when you are at the farm, make a point of trying those!
