I’m Sonja McKaiser, a coffee-fuelled soulpreneur, and owner of
The Creative Space with Sonja.

I help my clients write their own narrative, through interactive workshops (and one-on-one coaching sessions) that are designed to unlock creativity, define goals, and unleash expression. Using tools such as vision boarding and expressive writing, my clients learn to take charge of their own stories, changing their lives in the process. When I’m not working, I enjoy taking my dogs for walks on the beach and visiting new markets in and around Cape Town.
