Robyn’s experience as an entrepreneur –  founding, and successfully growing her business in the air-conditioning industry (SamsungAir) over 15 years, resulted in her being a recipient of the  International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Award (IWEC) in 2010, through the Chambers of Commerce of, Cape Town, Barcelona, New York, India and Australia and since then has attended  international Women in Business conferences

After selling her interests in her air-conditioning distribution company,she followed her passion for personal & entrepreneurial development in the professional sphere as a Non-Executive Director; Business and Leadership Coach and Mentor.

Robyn completed her Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) in business and leadership at the University of Cape Town (cum laude) in 2015.  Robyn is also a qualified coach, facilitator and executive profiler.  Robyn is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Women’s Presidents Association (WPO) and IWEC alumni with the Chamber of Commerce.

Robyn is launching two apps shortly  as well as currently studying for her third year as a PhD student at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, focusing on organisational  leadership and the impact of behavioral self-awareness on adaptability in organisational leaders.
Robyn is always striving to find ways to share skill-sets, make business principles more practically understood and contribute to creating ethical and values-based leaders to enhance the economy in our country.
When this is all too much – she gets stuck into her garden and can play all day long!
