Visitors to the winelands should watch out over this coming weekend as nearly 100 teamds of 4 wine lovers are descending on the Helderberg Wine Route for the annual Amazing Race. At Avontuur we’re expecting 15 teams who will be popping in to taste wine, do a task and in general have lots of fun with this event!
Not only is the event a scream for participants, but it also raises funds for a charity and this year’s the profits will be donated to Operation Smile.
Schalk and the tasting room team have geared up for the 2 days and we hope to convince the visitors to make Avontuur one of their favourite stops over the festive season as well.
