Who could have guessed? On the 1.11.2002 we started working on the beautiful Avontuur Estate.
In this time we have served thousands of meals, poured gallons of wine, popped hundreds of champagne bottles, arranged many weddings, many memorials, been part of surprise engagements, beautiful christenings, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths even a 99th birthday celebration.
We have partnered and collaborated, we have taught and mentored. We have educated, inspired and uplifted. We have created space for entrepreneurs and grown businesses. We have won awards and been nominated. We have pushed through when death, illness and divorce have felled us. We have made deep and meaningful friendships, we have laughed, cried and laughed again. We have endured.
